		<description>This is a great point about keeping in touch and meeting other local consultants in your home party business.  But, another important point is to do fairs, craft shows, etc so you have the opportunity to catch some of these people.  Have you had success with fairs/etc.?  I&#039;ve had mixed success.

I am doing a call on mondy may 11th @8:00pm EDT discussing the very issue of customer service, customer satisfaction and customer retention.

I have been racking my brain relative to an introduction and well this piece right here is just the  umph I needed.  I will be reading that paragraph about caroline I love it so much to set the stage!
